Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

• Original tags still attached
• In original resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or misuse.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged or defective

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number when returning an item. Sharon Quebec Boutique is not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking information.

Refunds

Exchanges
